The Face Behind Chica Creative Studios

I’m the photographer behind Chica Creative Studios and the creator of The Cake Chica, where I’ve spent years developing, baking, photographing, and sharing from-scratch recipes with readers around the world.

As a food blogger and recipe developer, I know what goes into creating content that people actually want to make. Every recipe is tested, styled, photographed, and shared with a purpose, and that experience shapes every client project I take on.

I specialize in bright, clean, inviting food photography that helps recipes feel approachable and achievable. Layer cakes may be my specialty, but I enjoy photographing all kinds of recipes with the same goal in mind: creating images that inspire people to get into the kitchen.

I know firsthand that great food photography is about more than creating a beautiful image. Every photo has a job to do. It needs to tell the story of the recipe, build trust with readers, and make someone stop scrolling long enough to think, “I need to make that.”
